1. Sponsor

The Scatyboi 2019 Scat Pack Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by [Cart Enterprise LLC], 

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Shopify, Dodge, Stellantis, or any social-media platform used to promote the Giveaway.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of [ELIGIBLE U.S. STATES] who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry.

Employees, owners, officers, agents, immediate family members, and household members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period

Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter — No Purchase Necessary

The free method of entry will remain reasonably available during the Giveaway Period.

A purchase is not required to participate, and purchasing merchandise will not improve an entrant's odds of winning.

5. Merchandise Purchases

Merchandise sold through the Scatyboi online store is offered for its stated retail value and may be purchased independently of participation in the Giveaway.

Purchasing merchandise is not required to enter or win and will not improve a participant's chances of winning.

Participants interested only in entering the Giveaway may use the free entry method described above.

6. Prize

One eligible winner will receive:

One (1) 2019 Dodge Charger Scat Pack

The vehicle is awarded in its current condition except as otherwise expressly stated by Sponsor.

The Official Rules should disclose the vehicle's material information, including applicable mileage, title status, known material modifications, and any other material condition affecting the prize.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, the winner is responsible for applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any registration, title, insurance, transportation, licensing, inspection, or other costs associated with accepting and using the vehicle.

No cash substitution is available except at Sponsor's discretion where permitted by law.

7. Winner Selection

After the Giveaway Period closes, one potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

The drawing will be conducted using a random selection process administered by [SPONSOR / INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATOR].

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information supplied with the winning entry.

The potential winner may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility and execute an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, tax documentation, and other documents reasonably necessary to lawfully transfer the prize.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, fails to respond within [3 Days], or fails to complete required documentation, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected.

The winner will never be required to pay the Sponsor a fee in order to be declared the winner.

9. Taxes and Vehicle Transfer

The winner is solely responsible for taxes resulting from receipt of the prize and should consult their own tax professional regarding the tax consequences of accepting the vehicle.

Sponsor may require information necessary to complete legally required tax reporting and vehicle-transfer documentation.

The vehicle will not be transferred until all legally required documentation has been completed.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city/state, photograph, likeness, and statements regarding the Giveaway for promotional purposes without additional compensation, subject to applicable law.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who attempts to manipulate the entry process, submit fraudulent entries, interfere with the Giveaway, or violate these Official Rules.

Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, legal requirements, events beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, or other circumstances materially affect the integrity or lawful administration of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.

Sponsor will administer the Giveaway fairly and consistently with these Official Rules.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree that Sponsor and its owners, employees, agents, and representatives will not be responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed entries, unauthorized interference, or other circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be handled according to Sponsor's Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Entry into the Giveaway does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing communications where separate consent is required by law.

14. Governing Law

The Giveaway is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Any provisions of these Official Rules that conflict with applicable law will be interpreted or modified only to the extent necessary to comply with that law.
